These GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE apply to international customers. Customers from germany, please read our AGB.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following general terms and conditions of trade (GTCT) apply to all orders at LET IT BURN RECORDS.
Before ordering at LET IT BURN RECORDS you have to read these GTCT carefully and accept these GTCT for your order.
Deviant and/or additional agreements require the written form and the consent of LET IT BURN RECORDS.
OFFER AND OBJECT OF AGREEMENT
All offers for products in this online-shop are not binding. Your order represents an offer for conclusion of a sales agreement
under these GTCT. The sales agreement is not achieved until the order is delivered or if you receive a confirmation of the order
by LET IT BURN RECORDS
In general your order is binding. For private individuals the rights of withdrawal and rescission below apply.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
Your data will be transmitted to us and saved by us for the accomplishment and handling of your order.
LET IT BURN RECORDS will neither use your data for other purpose nor pass your data to third party.
If you specified a valid e-mail-address, you will receive a confirmation of your order.
With that confirmation we only confirm the reception of your order, not the achievement of a sales agreement
or the availability of the ordered products.
TERMS OF DELIVERY / TITLE RETENTION
LET IT BURN RECORDS retains title to all delivered products until the customer has fully met its payment obligations.
If delivery should be impossible or if an article is not available, LET IT BURN RECORDS is qualified for the cancellation of order.
PASSING OF RISKS
The risk of loss or damages will in all cases pass to the customer as soon as the shipping goods leave the warehouse or the office of
LET IT BURN RECORDS.
RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL AND RESCISSION
The following arrangements according to the rights of withdrawal and rescission only apply to private individuals.
The rights withdrawal and rescission below are not applicable to tradesmen.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Private individuals may, until the delivery of their order, cancel their order without giving any reasons.

Any payments the customer maybe already made will be repaid.
RIGHT OF RESCISSION
Private individuals may, within a deadline of 14 days after receiving your order, cancel the purchase without giving any reason by sending
us a written cancellation or sending back the goods.
To meet the deadline it suffices to send us the goods or your cancellation in time.

For orders, which don't exceed the order value of 40 EUR, the customer has to pay the cost for sending back the goods.
For orders with higher oder values we pay the cost for sending back the goods or will let the goods be picked up for free.
If the condition of the goods is worse than the condition in which the goods were deliverd, the customer may have to pay for the fall of value.
Audio- and videorecords will only be taken back in their sealed original packing.
LEGAL VALIDITY
If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
